Amperio Invest has established a competent group of specialists to cover the purchase of wind parcs by institutional investors. Each transaction is individually discussed and planned on a mandated basis.
Amperio Invest can offer the following services:
- Procurement of project rights of ready to build windparcs in Europe (Euro-currency), North- and South America, as well as South Africa.
- Sourcing of windparcs connected to grid which are merged into an individual portfolio – main markets are Germany, France and Spain
- Identify windparcs which will be undergoing a re-powering process within 1-2 years, meaning the windparcs are running under sub-optimal conditions, but by increasing the height, the rotor diameter and the power of the turbine, the location can become again profitable.
Our network project developers, operation and maintenance (O&M) teams, as well as professionals for the legal and financial due diligence, cover all processes related to the purchase of the project rights or parcs connected to grid.
